Course Outcomes

We've designed our course with two primary learning objectives in mind:

1) We want to our students to internalize good principles of strategic database design
We want to help our students understand the fundamental principles that make up good database design. Databases that are organized, structured, and planned right the first time lead to cleaner, easier to manage, and modular Airtable applications.

and;

2) We want our students to leave with outstanding functional skills
We want our students to develop the intermediate/advanced skills they'll need to manage, extend, and improve the bases they build and work with on the daily. We want our students to leave the course comfortable bringing the skills they've learned back to their organizations; implementing their own new ideas with confidence and creativity.

Certificate

Upon completion of the Airtable course, participants will receive a certificate of achievement. This certificate recognizes the hard work and dedication that the participant has put into learning the skills covered in the course. The certificate serves as a testament to the student's accomplishment and can be used to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise.

FAQ

Our guiding principle behind designing the course is to teach Airtable in the way we as consultants who have delivered Airtable solutions for over a hundred clients for all different industries and clients around the world, would have wanted to learn if we had to learn it all over, from the very beginning.

Because of this guiding principle, what you get when you’re taking this course is not just a laundry list of technical skills and knowledge – What this course is really about is developing a holistic approach to how you think about, and strategic design, and execute Airtable bases – and how you tackle challenging projects in Airtable.

For the Individual:
This course is designed for people who want to use Airtable professionally and help their team innovate and collaborate better. It is aimed at individuals who want to leverage Airtable in a professional setting, become an Airtable champion for the organization, and want to learn the tool the right way.

For the Organization:
This course is here for innovative organizations that want to leverage Airtable to help their teams communicate, collaborate, and automate. By having a single source of truth and giving people access to relevant data, the entire organization is able to be more effective while removing silos.

To answer this question, let’s start with the current state of many organizations. Recently, there has been a big shift in how teams work. In general, teams are far more decentralized and often each team has their own softwares and spreadsheets. Typically these softwares don’t talk to each other and create data silos. This results in people are having trouble getting the critical data they need to do their job effectively. Not only that, the teams have to spend a long time entering and searching for data (and not even knowing if it’s up to date) because there are many different spreadsheets floating around and people are frustrated because there is no single source of truth.

We want to help organizations solve this problem. Communicate, collaborate and automate, that  way your team will have more time to spend on its core functions, whether thats growing your business or making an impacting on your community.
